Books are such an iconic form of communication that even when made without words, we recognise them as containing a story. Pushing the form of a book allows us to ask: how else can stories be told other than the repetitious tried and tested ways we are used to? These books allow me to express a personal story in a private way, revealing the emotional experience but reserving the factual details.
